This service is available only for customers hosting their websites with WebOps Hosting.
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the Content Operations Service and are intended to clarify the scope of the service, responsibilities, and any limitations. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
The Content Operations Service covers minor tasks that can be performed within the WordPress dashboard and typically take 30 minutes or less to complete. These tasks may include, but are not limited to:
The Content Operations Service does not include tasks such as graphic design, custom development, extensive plugin configuration, theme customization, or direct database manipulation. For activities outside the scope of this service, please contact us for additional support options.
The Content Operations Service is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. Requests submitted outside these hours will be addressed on the next available business day. We strive to handle all requests promptly, but response times may vary based on the complexity and volume of requests.
To ensure the timely completion of your requests, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding the changes you need. This includes:

The Content Operations Service is subject to a fair usage policy to ensure that all customers receive prompt and efficient service. We reserve the right to limit or deny service to customers who exceed reasonable usage levels or misuse the service, including submitting requests that are beyond the scope of the service or require excessive time to complete.
WebOps Hosting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Content Operations Service. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the month in which any claim arises. We do not guarantee the resolution of all requests, particularly if they fall outside the scope of the service or require additional development work.
Either party may terminate the Content Operations Service by providing written notice. If you cancel the service, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period. WebOps Hosting reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service if you violate these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable policy.
WebOps Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Content Operations Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
