How to Configure a Coupon

1. Add the Coupon Field

Before you can create codes, your form needs a place to accept them.

1. Open your Order Form in the form editor.
2. Open the Pricing Fields group on the right.
3. Drag the Coupon field onto your form.

2. Create the Deal

1. Go to your specific form's Settings » Coupons.
2. Click Add New.
3. Coupon Name: Internal name (e.g. "Summer Sale").
4. Coupon Code: The code users must type (e.g. "SUMMER24").
5. Amount: Choose "Flat(s)" or "Percentage(%)" and enter the value.

3. (Optional) Set Constraints

Scroll down to the settings to refine the offer:

• Start Date / End Date: Automatically disable the coupon after the promotion ends.
• Usage Limit: "Only valid for the first 100 people."
• Stackable: Check this if users can use this coupon with another one. Leave unchecked for exclusive offers.
