Creating a Support Ticket
There are two easy ways to start creating a new support ticket:
- Click the "Open Ticket" link directly from your dashboard
- Click on "Tickets" in the main menu, then select "Open New Ticket"
Choosing the Right Department
After clicking to open a ticket, you'll be asked to select the appropriate department for your request:
- Support: For technical issues or when something isn't working as expected
- Billing: Questions about invoices and payments
- Sales: For quotes or help choosing a plan
- Domains: Domain registration, renewal, and transfer requests
- Content Operations: Website content updates and changes
- General Enquiries: All other questions and requests
Managing Your Existing Support Tickets
The Tickets section of your portal allows you to:
- View all your current and past support requests
- Check the status of existing tickets
- Reply to ongoing ticket conversations
- Reference previous solutions for similar issues
