What is included in a content request?
Any website change that can be completed in under 30 minutes. Text changes, image swaps, blog posts, product listings, or minor SEO metadata.
What is NOT included?
Major website redesigns, custom plugin development, structural theme changes, or creating graphic design assets from scratch. We can provide a custom quote for larger projects.
How do I submit a content request?
Contact us through our support form with your request and any files. We'll confirm receipt and let you know when it's done.
What is the turnaround time?
It depends on your tier: within 48 hours on Boost, 24 hours on Optimize and the same day on Elevate. We work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, 7 days a week, so a request that arrives after 5 PM is picked up the next morning.
Do I need to host with WebOps?
Yes. Content Operations is only available to clients hosting their websites with WebOps Hosting.
