How to promote WebOps
Do
- Talk about what WebOps does for a site owner: updates tested before they ship, nightly backups, security monitoring, and a real person who knows the site.
- Say it in your own words, and say that you earn a commission.
- Send people who want their site looked after for years.
Don’t
- Pitch the premium plugins or themes, or put a price on them. “Get $300 of plugins free” is the one thing that will close your account.
- Offer discounts, coupons, trials or cash back that we don’t publish, or share your commission with the client.
- Post on coupon, deal, freebie, “nulled” or GPL-club sites, or buy incentivized traffic.

The clients we’re looking for
Businesses and organizations whose website matters to how they run, and who want it looked after properly for years: a company site, a booking or membership site, a store, a nonprofit. They value having one team that knows their site, and they pay for that care.
We are not a fit for anyone choosing a host on price alone, anyone who wants our premium plugins more than the hosting, or short-term and throwaway sites.

How do I join?
The program is open to WebOps clients whose account is in good standing. Apply on our partner sign-up page with the email you use for your WebOps account. We review every application and email you when you are approved, with your referral link.
How much can I earn?
You earn 15% recurring commissions on every referral. That's $37.50 to $150 per year depending on the plan.
When do I get paid?
Commission on a new client's payments is released once their account has been active and in good standing for 90 days. After that, each payment is held 30 days. We pay monthly once your released balance reaches $50, by PayPal or by wire in USD.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not permitted and will not earn commissions.
What if my referral gets a refund?
If a referral requests a refund within the 30-day delay period, the commission will not be paid. This protects both WebOps and our affiliates.
Do I need a website?
No, you don't need a website. You can share your referral link on social media, in emails, or through any channel. However, having a platform with an audience will help you earn more.
