These are the templates with sample words in place. Your website uses your name, logo, photos and words.
Café or restaurant
Terracotta on cream
The home page leads with your menu, your opening hours and your photos, and ends with buttons to call you, message you on WhatsApp or get directions. The menu page lists every dish with its price. Book or order is a request form with call and WhatsApp buttons beside it.
Services firm
Blue on white
The home page sets out your three main services, a few numbers about your business, how you work and what clients say. Two pages explain your main services in detail, and the contact page carries a quote request form beside your phone number and address.

We reply by email to confirm your template and a start date, and send your invoice. Work starts on that date, once your files are in and the invoice is paid.

We walk you through it, you send one list of changes, and we open it to search engines.
Not included
What Jumpstart does not do
Jumpstart is a fixed package: one of our three templates, filled in with your name, photos and words, and live on WebOps hosting. It does not include custom design. If you want something built from scratch, a different layout, online payments or booking, we will introduce you to a web agency we trust, and your site can stay on WebOps hosting afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it include a year of hosting?
Jumpstart is how a business gets onto a website we look after. The first 12 months of Starter hosting are part of the package, billed annually at US$250, and cover the website, your business email, nightly backups and updates.
How long does it take?
Five business days from your start date for the café and services templates, seven for the shop. We confirm the start date once your form, files and payment are in. If something arrives late, the start date moves and we tell you the new one.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. We connect it to your new website. If you do not have one, we register one for you at the usual domain price.
Do you write the words?
No. You send the words, and we fill them in and tidy the spelling and layout. If you want a copywriter, we can introduce you to an agency we trust.
Can customers pay online?
Not on a Jumpstart website. The shop template shows your items with photos and prices, and customers enquire or message you on WhatsApp. If you need online payments, we introduce you to an agency we trust for that work.
Can I add more pages later?
A Jumpstart website has up to seven pages. You can add pages yourself in WordPress afterwards. If you want more pages built for you, that is custom work, and we introduce you to an agency we trust.
Who owns the website?
Your words, photos and logo are yours. The template is ours, and you may use it as part of your website, including if you move it to another host.
What happens if I leave WebOps?
Your website is ordinary WordPress, built so any WordPress developer can work on it. If you move to another host, we migrate it for you free of charge.
What if I change my mind?
Before your start date, the setup fee is refunded in full. Once work has started, it is not. Your hosting is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
