Getting Started with Our Affiliate Program: A Guide for Agencies and Web Professionals

Who can join

The WebOps partner program is open to WebOps clients whose account is in good standing. It suits agencies and developers who host their clients’ sites with us, and business owners who know someone whose site needs looking after.

Not a client yet? Talk to us about hosting first. You can apply once your site is with us.

How to apply

  1. Go to the partner sign-up page.
  2. Enter your name, a username, and the email you want to use for your partner login.
  3. Enter your WebOps account email: the email you log in to my.webops.host with. We use it to find your client account.
  4. Add your website and tell us how you plan to refer clients.
  5. Choose how you want to be paid: PayPal, or a wire transfer in USD.
  6. Read and accept the Affiliate Program Terms, then submit.

We review every application by hand and email you when you are approved. If you choose a wire, we will ask for your bank details by a secure channel after approval. Please do not send bank details through the form.

After you are approved

Log in on the affiliate login page. Your Affiliate Area shows your referral link, the visits it brings, and your referrals and payouts.

Share your link with people who want their site looked after for years. When someone you referred becomes a client, ask them to mention your name when they sign up, or tell us yourself, so we can link them to your partner account.

What you earn

  • 15% of the hosting payments your referred clients make, including every renewal, for the life of their account.
  • Hosting plans and plan upgrades count. Domains, add-ons and setup fees do not.
  • Payouts once your balance reaches $50, by PayPal or by wire in USD.

Holds, payouts and the promotion rules are explained in Understanding Our Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
