If you're an existing client, thank you sincerely for trusting us with such an important part of your business. It is a responsibility we take seriously and in these uncertain times, you can depend on your websites running smoothly.
Logging in for the First Time
If you're already a client, your account is already set up but before you can log in, you'll first need to reset your password. You will receive a link to generate a new password at the email address we have for you.
We recommend Bitwarden, a free password manager with browser extensions and a mobile app, for generating and saving strong passwords that can be easily accessed across all your devices!
Client Area Dashboard
Once you've generated the new password you'll be logged in to the client area dashboard, where you will be able to:
- View invoices and pay any unpaid invoices with a few clicks
- Review your current products and services
- Easily order new products and services
- Register, transfer and renew domain names
- Contact us and review past support tickets
Network Status
If there are problems with the network or servers or we have upcoming maintenance planned, you will see a notification at the top of the page. For additional details on the issue or planned work, just click "Learn more->".
Multiple Users
You can add additional users, allowing multiple users to access your WebOps client dashboard using separate credentials, with permissions that can be configured for each individual user. Have Invoices and Reminders go to the person responsible for Accounts Payable, deliver Welcome emails for new hosting accounts to your Web developer, while having all (or none) of the above copied to the account owner or manager.
Knowledgebase
We're actively filling up the knowledgebase with instructions to address the most common hosting questions, tips and tricks for making the most of our extensive library of premium WordPress plugins and themes and common billing issues. Of course, you can always just let us know and we'll either take care of it or point you in the right direction.
