How does reselling work?
We provide the enterprise server infrastructure, premium software licenses, and ongoing technical maintenance. You provide the client relationship, branding, and customized service offerings. You charge your clients whatever you decide, and we charge you a flat, discounted rate based on your volume tier.
What white-labeling features are included?
Your clients will see your branding. The WordPress dashboard is customized to remove our logo and name, and we provide white-labeled client reports that you can send directly to them. Our infrastructure operates completely behind the scenes seamlessly as your own.
Are the premium licenses really included?
Yes! Every site on your reseller plan gets access to our agency licenses for premium plugins like Gravity Forms, WPML, and Elementor Pro, plus top themes. This alone saves you thousands of dollars annually in software overhead.
How many sites can I host?
It depends on your chosen plan, starting at 5 sites on the Launch tier up to 40 sites on the Enterprise tier. If you need more, you can either add sites individually for a flat monthly fee or upgrade to a completely custom enterprise plan.
Do you handle client migrations?
Absolutely. We offer free, white-glove migrations for all your client sites. Our expert team will handle the entire transfer process with zero downtime, ensuring a seamless transition to your new white-labeled infrastructure without any technical headaches on your end.
What level of support do you provide?
We offer priority, 24/7 technical support directly to you (the reseller). While we don't interact with your clients directly to maintain the white-label experience, we act as your dedicated tier-2/tier-3 engineering team to resolve any complex issues rapidly.
Can I reallocate resources between sites?
Yes. Your storage and bandwidth limits are pooled across your account. You can allocate these resources flexibly across your client sites depending on their individual needs, making it easy to accommodate both large, high-traffic sites and smaller brochures simultaneously.
What happens if a client leaves?
You maintain full control. If a client leaves, you can easily package their site for them to take away, or delete it to free up a slot in your plan for a new client. You are never locked into keeping a specific site, giving you total fluidity over your hosting roster.
