Managing Your Email Accounts: Passwords, Quotas, and Removal

Once your business email addresses are set up, keeping them in order is simple - you just let us know what you need, and we handle it. Here are the everyday changes we take care of for you.

Changing an Email Password

Need to reset a mailbox password - because it's been forgotten, or someone has left the team? Send us the address and we'll set a new, strong password and pass it to you securely. We always recommend storing it in a password manager.

Adjusting Mailbox Storage (Quotas)

Seeing "mailbox full" errors, or want to free up worry about space? Ask us to increase the quota on any mailbox. We can set it to unlimited (recommended for most people) or to a specific size you choose.

Deleting an Email Account

When a mailbox is no longer needed, we can remove it for you. Please note this permanently erases the mailbox and all of its messages, so let us know if you'd like us to back up or forward anything important first - we're glad to.

Checking Storage Usage

Want to know how much space your mailboxes are using? Just ask and we'll send you a current breakdown, so you can keep an eye on overall mailbox health.

We Manage It All for You

Password changes, quota increases, mailbox removal - most clients simply leave these to us, and that's exactly how it should be.
