  • Obtain the authorization code (EPP code).

  • Approve the transfer request via the confirmation email sent to the domain's administrative contact.

Domain name transfers typically take 5 to 7 days to complete. The exact time can vary depending on the current registrar and the domain extension.

If your DNS settings are correctly configured, your website should not experience any downtime during the transfer process. However, it's recommended to back up your website and check DNS settings before initiating the transfer or just let us handle the process for you. 

Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be changed. If you want a different domain name, you will need to register a new one and transfer your content if necessary.
