1. Introduction
WebOps Hosting offers a no stress 30 Day Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") on all Managed WordPress Hosting services. This Guarantee is provided to ensure customer satisfaction with our Managed WordPress Hosting services. By purchasing these services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Eligibility
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies exclusively to Managed WordPress Hosting services provided by WebOps Hosting. This Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- VPS Cloud servers
- Expert Services, including but not limited to Security Assurance and Privacy Compliance
- Domain Names
- Renewals of Managed WordPress Hosting services
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this Guarantee, you must first cancel your Managed WordPress Hosting plan within the first 30 days of opening the account. After canceling the plan, you must contact WebOps Hosting support through our Contact Page to initiate the refund process.
4. Forfeiture of Services and Licenses
By canceling your Managed WordPress Hosting plan, you acknowledge and understand that any services or software licenses bundled with or attached to the service being canceled will be forfeited at the point of cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, any premium plugins, themes, or other software provided as part of the Managed WordPress Hosting plan.
5. Domain Name Charges
If your Managed WordPress Hosting package included a Domain Name at no additional charge, the yearly cost of that Domain Name will be deducted from your refund. The Domain Name will be charged at WebOps Hosting's list prices at the time of cancellation.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the refund request being approved. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Exclusions
This policy does not cover accounts that have violated WebOps Hosting's Acceptable Usage Policy. Additionally, the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee can only be applied once per customer. Multiple claims by the same customer, even for different services, will not be honored.
8. Amendments
WebOps Hosting reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without notice to the customer. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
