Welcome to the WebOps Hosting Affiliate Program! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our affiliate program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to these terms in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Overview
The WebOps Hosting Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our hosting services.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 10% of qualifying purchases
- Minimum Payout: $25.00 USD
- Commission Delay: 30 days from purchase date
3. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have an active WebOps Hosting account in good standing
- Must provide accurate and current contact and payment information
4. Commission Payment Terms
- Commissions are tracked automatically through our affiliate system
- Payments are processed after the 30-day holding period
- The referred account must remain active during the holding period
- Commissions are paid once the minimum payout threshold of $25.00 is reached
- Payment requests are processed through our billing department
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Use only approved marketing materials and affiliate links
- Maintain transparency about affiliate relationship with WebOps Hosting
- Avoid misleading or deceptive promotional practices
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Prohibited Activities
- Spamming or unauthorized email marketing
- Misrepresenting WebOps Hosting services
- Using trademark terms in domain names or advertising
- Creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals
7. Program Modifications
WebOps Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure with notice to affiliates. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
