How to Configure a Quiz

1. Add Quiz Fields

The add-on introduces special "Quiz" fields to the form editor.

1. Open your form editor and look for the Quiz Fields section.
2. Drag a Quiz field (Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, or Drop Down) onto the form.
3. Define Correct Answers: In the field settings, mark which option is the correct one. You can also randomize the order of choices to prevent cheating.

2. Configure Grading

1. Go to Settings » Quiz.
2. Instant Feedback: enable this to show the user if they were right or wrong immediately after clicking an option.
3. Grading: Choose "Pass/Fail" or "Letter Grading".
4. Pass Percentage: Set the threshold (e.g., 80% to pass).

3. Conditional Results

You can verify the results in the Confirmations tab:

• Create a confirmation that says "Congratulations! You Passed!" and set the logic to Quiz Score is greater than 80.
• Create a fallback confirmation that says "Sorry, please try again."
