Making the Most of Your Support Request

Getting the Help You Need, When You Need It

At WebOps Hosting, we handle all technical aspects of your hosting so you can focus on your business. While we make the process as hands-off as possible, providing certain key information in your support request helps us assist you more quickly and effectively.

What to Include in Your Support Request

Diagram showing key elements of an effective support request

  • Your Domain Name: This helps us quickly locate your account and services
  • Clear Description: Tell us what you'd like us to do or what isn't working as expected
  • Timing Requirements: Let us know if this is time-sensitive or if you have a specific deadline
  • Relevant Details: Any specific information that might help us understand the situation better

Please create a new email address for our new team member: sarah@example.com. We'd like this to forward to their personal email address (sarah.smith@gmail.com) for now. We need this set up by Monday morning for their start date. Please let us know once it's ready so we can test it."
