How to Install
Since Divi is a premium theme linked to our agency account, we must verify and install it for you. You cannot download it directly from the WordPress repository.
The Installation Process
- Submit a Request: Open a support ticket and request the Divi installation.
- Deployment: We will upload the latest version of the Divi theme to your site.
- Authentication: We authenticate the installation with our API key. This is critical as it unlocks the library of pre-made layouts and ensures you get one-click updates directly from your dashboard.
- Handover: We notify you once complete. You can then launch the Visual Builder and start designing.
Getting Started with the Visual Builder
The core of Divi is the Visual Builder. Once we've installed it, here is how to launch it:
- Create a new Page (Pages » Add New).
- Click the purple "Use Divi Builder" button.
- You will be presented with three options:
- Build from Scratch: Start with a blank canvas.
- Choose a Premade Layout: Pick from 1,000+ professionally designed templates (Recommended for beginners).
- Clone Existing Page: Copy the design of a page you've already built.
- Select your preferred starting point and begin dragging and dropping elements!
