We Handle Your DNS for You

DNS is what points your domain at the right place - your website, your email, and any other services you use. Getting a record wrong can take a site or inbox offline, so we manage DNS for you as part of your hosting. Just tell us what you need and we take care of it, correctly and quickly.

DNS Changes We Make for You

  • Pointing your domain (or a subdomain) at your website
  • Setting up or correcting email records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Verifying your domain for third-party services (Google, Microsoft, payment providers, and others)
  • Adding redirects, aliases, and CNAME records
  • Any other record type your setup needs

How to Request a DNS Change

Send us a quick note with:

  • The domain involved
  • What you're trying to achieve (e.g. "connect this domain to my new email service," "verify my domain for Google Workspace")
  • Any records or instructions the other service gave you - feel free to paste them in as-is

You don't need to know the technical details. Tell us the goal and we'll work out the exact records, make the change, and confirm it's correct.

A Note on Timing

Most DNS changes take effect quickly, but they can take up to 24-48 hours to fully update across the internet (this is called propagation, and it's normal). We'll let you know if a change you've requested is one that needs a little patience.
