About Account Credits

Account credits represent funds available in your account that can be applied to future invoices. These credits typically come from overpayments, service adjustments, or promotional credits we apply to your account.

Viewing Your Credit Balance

To check your current credit balance:

  1. Log into your client portal
  2. Navigate to Billing > Account Balance
  3. Your available credit will be displayed at the top of the page

Additionally, you can see your credit balance in the Notifications dropdown located in the top right of their client area.

How Credits Are Applied

Your account credits work automatically to your benefit:

  • Credits automatically apply to new invoices when they're generated
  • Partial credits reduce the amount due on your invoices
  • Full credits can completely cover eligible charges
  • You'll receive notifications when credits are applied to invoices

Where Credits Come From

Credits can appear in your account through several channels:

  • Automatic credits from invoice overpayments
  • Service adjustments or refunds
  • Promotional or courtesy credits
  • Account balance adjustments by our billing team

Understanding Credit Applications

When credits are applied to your account, you'll see:

  • Clear descriptions of credit sources (e.g., "Credit for Overpayment of Invoice #1234")
  • Credit applications listed on individual invoices
  • Your current available credit balance in your client portal
  • Transaction records for credit-related activities

Using Available Credits

Your account credits are managed automatically for your convenience:

  • Credits automatically apply to your next invoice
  • No action required from you
  • Our system ensures optimal use of your available credits
  • Any remaining balance carries forward
