How Payment Methods Work

When you provide a payment method, here's what you need to know:

  • Your stored payment method becomes your default method for all billing
  • The system automatically uses this method for recurring charges
  • You must always have a default payment method on file
  • All transactions are processed in USD

When making a payment during checkout:

  • Your card details are automatically saved for future use
  • The payment method you use becomes your default method unless specified otherwise

Managing Your Payment Methods

You can manage your payment methods through your client portal:

  1. Log in to your client portal
  2. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  3. Here you can:
    • View all saved payment methods
    • Update card information
    • Change your default payment method
    • Add new payment methods

Automatic Billing

To ensure uninterrupted service:

  • The system automatically attempts recurring charges using your default payment method
  • If no payment method is on file, you'll receive an email to log in and pay manually
  • You can update your payment method at any time through the client portal

Payment Security

  • All payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant
  • Transactions are SSL-encrypted
  • Payment information is securely stored with our payment processor
