Accessing Your Invoice History

To view your complete billing history:

  1. Log into your client portal
  2. Navigate to Billing > My Invoices
  3. Here you'll find a list of all your invoices, sorted by date

Understanding Invoice Details

Each invoice contains several important sections:

Invoice Summary

  • Invoice number and date
  • Due date
  • Payment status
  • Total amount due

Service Details

  • Description of services
  • Service period
  • Individual item costs

Transaction History

The transaction section shows all payment activity for each invoice:

  • Transaction Date: When the payment was processed
