At WebOps Hosting, we're committed to providing reliable, high-quality hosting services. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines our commitment to maintaining 99.9% service availability and details how we support our clients when issues arise.

Our Service Commitment

We strive to ensure our services are available 99.9% of the time during each monthly billing cycle. This high availability standard reflects our dedication to providing reliable hosting services for your business.

What This Means For You

  • Your websites and services should be accessible 99.9% of the time
  • Scheduled maintenance is performed with advance notice
  • We monitor our services 24/7 to maintain this high standard
  • If we don't meet our commitment, you may be eligible for service credits

Service Credits

If we don't meet our 99.9% service availability commitment, you may be eligible for account credits based on the following schedule:

  • Service Availability between 99.0% and 99.9%: 10% credit
  • Service Availability between 95.0% and 99.0%: 25% credit
  • Service Availability below 95.0%: 50% credit

Scheduled Maintenance

To keep our services running optimally, we perform regular maintenance. You'll always receive at least 24 hours' notice before scheduled maintenance begins. This planned maintenance time is not counted against our service availability commitment.

How to Request Service Credits

If you believe you're eligible for a service credit:

  • Email our support team at support [at] webops [dot] host within 30 days of the incident
  • Include the dates and times of the service unavailability
  • Provide your account ID
  • We'll review your request and apply any applicable credits within one billing cycle
