Tasks that are beyond the scope of a Content Operation include custom designs, editing graphics, coding or script modifications, complex plugin installation and configuration, altering theme files, and working directly with the database. If this is the case, we'll suggest options to get the job done..
You can either upgrade to a higher-tier plan or purchase additional one-time updates. We'll notify you when you're approaching your monthly limit so you can plan accordingly.
Simply submit your request through our dedicated client portal or email. Include clear instructions and any necessary assets (images, text, etc.). We'll confirm receipt and keep you updated on the progress.
