What’s included in a content update request?

Any website change or update that can be completed in under 30 minutes using your WordPress dashboard. Examples: text or image changes, adding blog posts, updating prices, minor SEO tweaks, editing forms, or uploading new resources. If you can describe it simply, we can usually handle it for you—no coding required.

What’s NOT included?

Projects that require custom coding, developing new plugins or themes, full redesigns, changing your website structure, or work outside of WordPress. Large jobs that take more than 30 minutes per request are also not included. If you’re not sure, just ask!

How do I request a content update?

Simply email us at [support@webops.host] with your request and any files (images, documents, screenshots). We'll confirm receipt and let you know when it's done.

How quickly will my request be completed?
Boost plan: within 48 hours. Optimize plan: within 24 hours. Elevate plan: typically the same business day. If we need more information to complete your task, we’ll let you know right away.
What if I need more updates than my plan allows?
You can upgrade your plan anytime for more monthly requests, or purchase one-time extra requests as needed. Unused requests do not roll over to the next month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time—no contracts or penalties.
