4. Default Email Configuration
Email service is disabled by default on all Managed WordPress Hosting plans, restricting the domain to sending mail only via Sendmail. Customers who require full email services, including sending and receiving emails, can enable this by ordering the Managed Email Hosting Addon. This addon is available at no additional charge but does utilize some of the hosting account's storage.

5. Spam Policy
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance spam policy. Any violation of this policy, including sending unsolicited bulk emails or spam, will result in the immediate disabling of your mail service. Our Acceptable Use Policy further outlines these restrictions.
