WebOps Hosting offers Managed WordPress Hosting services, which include hosting, maintenance, updates, security, and support for WordPress websites. The Services provided are designed to optimize the performance, security, and functionality of your WordPress site.

WebOps Hosting will provide regular backups of your WordPress site, including both the database and files. Backups are performed on a daily basis and stored for a retention period of 30 days. You can request a site restoration from a backup at any time within the retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebOps Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Managed WordPress Hosting Services, including but not limited to loss of data, website downtime, or security breaches, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. WebOps Hosting may also terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement or fail to pay the applicable fees. Upon termination, WebOps Hosting will disable access to your WordPress site and may delete your data after a specified period.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
